If there is already an entry for the retailer you want to add a sale or outlet to then select that retailer from the retailer list and refer to the "Add Sale" or "Add Outlet" tabs on this page for further details.
Once you have entered the basic retailer details you will need to select at least one category that the retailer fits into, we encourage you to be as accurate as possible when doing this. See our Content Creation guide for more details.
If you have added a retailer but cannot locate it then try the following:
An outlet needs to be added to specific retailer, select the retailer that you would like to add an outlet to and click on the "Add Outlet" button, you can add multiple oulets to a retailer.
Once you have entered the basic outlet details you will need to select at least one category that the outlet fits into, when adding an outlet you will only be able to choose categories that have already been chosen for the retailer. See our Adding Content guide for more details.
If you have added an outlet to a retailer but cannot locate it then try the following:

A sale can span multiple categories but must offer a genuine saving to shoppers and needs to cover more than 10 items in at least one category. See our Content Creation guide for additional details.

That Sale is the only sale tracking, business listing or review website to offer sale listings free of charge with no conditions attached for both instore and online sales. We would love it if you added a link from your website to your entry on That Sale telling your potential customers where to go to see all your sales and where they can get notifications on sales you have in the future but we do not require it. We would also love a Facebook like and a Twitter follow, anything to increase the audience for your sales.
That Sale is the only sale tracking website in the UK that enables users to enter their postcode and see all (our) stores and outlets local to that postcode that are currently holding an instore sale. We also go further by including the post code search as part of our "If you shop locally, you should save locally" slogan and making it the most prominent filter on our site.
We are the only sale tracking website to offer business listings (or the only business listing website to promote sales for free) we know that not everyone has a sale on all the time and that you still sell great stuff at fantastic prices, shoppers know that too and with That Sale we answer the question "Who around me sells that?".
Other sale tracking websites do offer merchant reviews, but none in combination with a business listing. A number of business listing websites offer reviews but not in combination with promoting sales for free. We offer reviews so that your customers can let our visitors know when they have had a great local experience and so that you can encourage your customers to let everyone know how much they enjoyed shopping with you.
We offer more categories than any other sale tracking, business listing or review website and because we have built our platform to be flexible and not locked into any third party system we can add any categories that you can show us we have missed, making it that much easier for the right shopper to find you and what you sell.
We promote every sale that meets our criteria to our members who have opted to receive notifications. Our Members are able to select not only which of the over thee hundred categories they are interested in receiving notifications about but also what postcodes they would like to receive instore offers for. This provides you with a way of ensuring that the people who are actively interested in your sales receive notifications whenever you have a new sale on.
We need to ensure that shoppers have a great experience on the site and keeps on coming back for more so we have put in place a few rules to help ensure this. Every link from a retailer's website, like on Facebook or follow on Twitter makes the circle stronger and the value of using the site higher.
We make our money from our affiliated retailers (for whom we add sales to the site) and from advertising.
